Hot Carob

 The kinder weather today allowed us to make ourselves a hot carob drink. 

The Receipt

2 cups of plant based milk

2 tabs of carob powder

2 tabs of maple syrup

1/2 tab of vanilla paste

1/4 teas cinnamon powder

Heat all and froth with a hand held blender.

Serves 2. 

37 C top for Melbourne today so confined indoors most of the time. 

The fan is buzzing away near me, as I type. 

My hand made patchwork curtains, that I recently dyed Peaceful Green,  are living up to their namesake colour on this quiet, but hot day.
